There are 2 types of accounts. The monthly account, which renews automatically, and a 6-mos account, which does NOT renew automatically.

For non-recurring memberships, only your initial payment will be automatically processed. At the end of the period, you will be given the option to renew, though most people don't find that necessary. If you do not renew, your account will automatically go inactive (no need to cancel)

For automatically-renewing accounts your payment will renew automatically every month. To cancel, simply login to your account and cancel. If you need help reach out to us and we will process this for you.

Your payment will be processed and will show on your credit card report as "Health Educator Publications, Inc."

We generally do not provide refunds, but please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you're having trouble in any area, find your scheduled unexpectedly changed, etc. Our goal is for this to be useful to you!

This membership fee includes access to all relevant content areas for the test you are preparing for. It includes test-taking strategies. It also includes unlimited use of practice questions. Other areas are considered bonuses to membership when available, not part of the membership fee.

You also acknowledge that only a single user will access this information (each account is a single user license). Information should not be shared, printed, or used on any platforms (such as Pinterest, online flashcards, social media, etc.). All content, unless specified, is copyrighted and any use outside of personal use must be approved in writing by the publisher.
