1. Upon payment of fees, your subscription entitles you to access to digital content on Oakesacademy.com as outlined during the subscription process. This fee allows a single-user (one person) access to the website from an unlimited number of devices. Sharing of your password is strictly prohibited. Any sharing of content or access is in direct violation of the Terms of Service, and may result in immediate cancellation of your account, without refund, and legal action as allowable by law. Simultaneous log-ins are monitored, and will be investigated.
2. Oakesacademy.com is a test preparation site that contains medical and health-related information. We have done our best to fully research and confirm information for accuracy.

For example, this allows you to not have to enter your username every time you click on the site. All information is kept secured; no information is shared or sold. Stored payment information, such as that required with recurring memberships is processed through a secure payment gateway (Authorize.net).
